Most of the terrace flower pots were uprooted and brought inside yesterday. There are a few different varieties of plant available free for the taking of anyone to that might be interested in adopting a couple or many new plants to their unit. Please feel free to go take a look and grab what you might like. The plants are located inside the lounge area. They will be available this morning until noon today. Front Door and Garage Door
Hello my lovely Neighbors, Can someone explain why it’s taking over three months to fix a simple garage and front door? Because honestly, it’s giving third world infrastructure vibes out here. The management is lightning fast when it comes to charging us random “fees,” but when it’s about actually maintaining the building suddenly it’s radio silence and endless delays. High maintenance fees, low maintenance effort. Love the irony. I’ve raised complaints regarding the same ( because delivery guy cannot find the door, guests locked out the usual nonsense), but one voice clearly isn’t enough. If we all stay quiet, nothing changes. I wonder what board members are doing about it. So let’s shake things up a bit and make some noise because silence only helps bad management thrive. Who's in?
Limescale residue
Hi everyone, Has anyone dealt with limescale or white residue left on dishes after using the dishwasher? I’ve been running the normal cycle with rinse aid for a while and everything was fine—until recently. Now, both the dishes and the inside of the dishwasher have a white, chalky buildup. If anyone has tips on how to get rid of it or prevent it from happening, I’d really appreciate the help! Thanks so much 😊
On-Site Parking
I am aware of the off-site parking at central fresh and the dental office next to the building, but I'd prefer parking on-site. Parking is the only hindrance from getting a car at this point and winter is coming and im starting to worry. Please help!!!

Hi everyone, I find the water in the building isn’t great. What do you all do for drinking water? Do you use it as is, rely on bottled water, or have an RO system?
Treadmill in unit and noise
Hey, does anyone have a treadmill in their unit and have received any complaints from downstairs neighbours about noise? How does the sound travel across units here?
Peeing of Dogs in Elevator
Hello All lovely dog owners, Can you please stop your dog/pet peeing in the elevator? Everyone does not have dogs or likes them. So please stop them doing so. Even considering cleaning it after if it does happen accidentally would be appreciated. Be a good owner of your pet. Thank you! 🙏
